  • 4 cups fresh spinach substituted with frozen if necessary
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled; can be dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil for flavor

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 3 minced cloves of garlic and 1 chopped onion, sauté for approximately 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add 1 pound of lean ground beef, breaking apart, and season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in 4 cups of fresh spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the top, allowing it to soften.
