Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended, then add chicken breasts and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 12 hours.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
