  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground for the best spice.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust according to heat preference.
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled; can add extra for garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Fries: Cook the waffle fries according to your preferred method—baking at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, air-frying at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or deep-frying.
  2. Make the Lemon Herb Sauce: Whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Dish: Remove cooked fries and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the fries, followed by half of the crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Broil the Toppings: Preheat the broiler to low. Broil the fries with cheese for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melty and bubbly.
  5. Finishing Touches: Drizzle the chilled sauce over hot fries and top with remaining feta cheese. Serve immediately.
