- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt the butter and mix in minced garlic and herbs.
- Pour garlic butter mixture into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into sticks.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each breadstick.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
