  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt Enhances flavor
For the Garlic Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh minced for potent flavor
  • 4 tbsp Butter Substitute with vegan butter for dairy-free
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese e.g., Mozzarella; can swap with Parmesan or Monterey Jack
  • 1 tbsp Herbs e.g., Italian seasoning

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in minced garlic and herbs.
  4. Pour garlic butter mixture into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Transfer dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into sticks.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each breadstick.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
