Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash fresh zucchinis and slice them into thick rounds or half-moons.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour garlic butter over and toss.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes, then thread seasoned zucchini pieces onto them.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  6. Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
