Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by gently rinsing your fresh strawberries under cool water to remove any dirt, then pat them dry with a clean paper towel to ensure they're completely dry. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Pour your Fruity Pebbles cereal into a shallow bowl, giving them a light crush with your hands. Set this bowl aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your white chocolate or vanilla candy melts with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Microwave the mixture at 50% power for 30 seconds, then stir well. Continue microwaving in 20-second intervals until melted.
- Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the chocolate, ensuring it's coated evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl before moving to the next step.
- Immediately after dipping, roll the chocolate-covered strawberry in the bowl of Fruity Pebbles, ensuring they are generously coated.
- Carefully place each coated strawberry on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching. Continue until all strawberries are coated.
- Pop the baking sheet with your coated strawberries into the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to firm up.
- Once the chocolate has set, serve your Fruity Pebble Strawberries immediately. Store any leftovers covered in the fridge for up to a day.
