Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine grated garlic, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In a large serving bowl, add the drained white beans, quartered ripe tomatoes, finely chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, basil, parsley, and capers. Mix gently.
