Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy for about 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, and vanilla until well-combined, approximately 3 minutes.
  4. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and rolled oats until just incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the marshmallow cream, creating visible ribbons throughout the dough.
  6. Drop heaping tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, checking for doneness at 8 minutes.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
