Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Add cabbage, red onion, and cilantro, and toss gently to combine. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat. Cook the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning frequently until browned and heated through.
  3. Slice the hamburger buns in half and lightly butter the inside. Toast the buns on a separate skillet for about 2-3 minutes, cut side down, until golden brown.
