Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mix all over the chicken and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet and add vegetable oil. Sear the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat and add butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles per package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  5. In a separate pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Divide cooked noodles into bowls, ladle hot broth over them, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with green onions and chili oil.
