Step-by-Step Instructions for Scallion Chicken
  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken thighs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Mix thoroughly and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, wash and chop the scallions, separating the white parts from the green parts.
  3. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add the white parts of the scallions to the pan and stir gently, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
