Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Tea: Start by boiling water in a kettle. Pour about 1 cup of boiling water over 2-3 Earl Grey tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool.
  2. Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a bowl, combine 1 cup mascarpone cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Whip until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Dip the Ladyfingers: Dip ladyfinger cookies in the cooled tea for 1-2 seconds. Arrange them in a single layer in a dish.
  4. Layer the Cream: Spread half of the cream mixture over the dipped ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the Layers: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream mixture. Smooth out evenly.
  6. Chill the Tiramisu: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Prepare for Serving: Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
