Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven according to the directions on the white cake mix package, typically around 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan and pour in the cake batter. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let the cake cool completely for about 30 minutes. Cut into 1.5-inch cubes.
  3. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Wash the strawberries, remove stems, and pat them dry.
  5. Assemble the skewers by threading a strawberry, then a cake cube, then another strawberry. Optionally, add a mint leaf.
  6. Melt the almond bark and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted almond bark over the skewers and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
