Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine room temperature unsalted butter, icing sugar, all-purpose flour, fine sea salt, and the Earl Grey tea leaves. Pulse until it forms a soft dough.
  2. Turn the dough onto a clean surface, knead it into a log shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unwrap and slice the logs into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick rounds, placing them an inch apart on the sheet.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden on the bottoms. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
