Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until creamy.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper, spoon crab filling onto the center, fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F. Test readiness with a piece of bread; it should bubble within 30 seconds.
  4. Fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
