Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan or mini muffin tin.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together your choice of milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a larger bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
