- Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Wash and thoroughly dry fresh parsley, thyme, and sage. Arrange the herbs in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour, or until the herbs are completely dry.
- Once the herbs have cooled, place your dried wild mushrooms in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until they turn into a fine powder. Sift the powder through a fine mesh strainer to eliminate any large bits.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the dried herb crumble, mushroom powder, kosher salt, granulated onion powder, and granulated garlic powder. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Transfer your freshly made Wild Mushroom Seasoning Salt into an airtight container, ensuring it’s sealed tightly. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
