Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped fresh spinach, and shredded white cheddar cheese. Add breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix everything together until fully combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about ½ inch thick. Place the patties on a clean plate.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil, coating the bottom and allowing it to become hot.
