Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of glutinous rice flour with your preferred natural sweetener for a sugar-free delight. Whisk these dry ingredients together for about 1-2 minutes until well blended.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly before adding it to the dry ingredients. Pour the melted butter and 1 cup of water into the flour mixture, stirring continuously until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Pour the smooth batter into the dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges are golden and center is set but soft.
