- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the mini donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt; stir well.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden and springy to the touch.
- Allow donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Roll each donut in powdered sugar or dip them to coat evenly.
