  2. Whisk together your chosen milk, vinegar, oil, and pure vanilla extract until smooth and frothy.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until evenly blended.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan cavities about ¾ full with batter.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
