Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Savory Hand Pies
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add the ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and fresh thyme. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in the peas, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until peas are heated through.
