- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground cloves, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Place a non-stick skillet on medium heat and add the coconut oil, allowing it to melt.
- Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them in a single layer in the hot skillet.
- Once golden, sprinkle half of the spice mixture over the bananas and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully flip the banana slices and sprinkle the remaining spice mixture on top.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are caramelized.
