Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine ½ cup margarine, 1 cup evaporated milk, and 2 cups milk chocolate chips. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and fully blended, about 5–8 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of maple flavoring until well combined. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 package of vanilla pudding mix. Gradually add this dry mixture to your cooled chocolate blend, stirring gently until everything is smooth.
  4. Gently fold in 2 cups of cocktail peanuts into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top and press them down slightly. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours.
