Ingredients
  

Pudding Base
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin or agar-agar for vegetarian option
  • 1/2 cup Sugar adjust based on sweetness of mango pulp
  • 1 cup Boiling Water for dissolving gelatin
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk or coconut milk for a tropical twist
  • 1 cup Mango Pulp canned for convenience
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh is best

Method
 

Mango Pudding Instructions
  1. Prepare a large mixing bowl to combine all ingredients.
  2. Combine gelatin and sugar in the mixing bowl. Pour in boiling water and stir for about 2 minutes until dissolved.
  3. Add evaporated milk, mango pulp, and lemon juice to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture into silicone molds or small ramekins.
  5. Cover molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Once set, gently remove from molds and serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
