Mango Pudding Instructions
- Prepare a large mixing bowl to combine all ingredients.
- Combine gelatin and sugar in the mixing bowl. Pour in boiling water and stir for about 2 minutes until dissolved.
- Add evaporated milk, mango pulp, and lemon juice to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into silicone molds or small ramekins.
- Cover molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, gently remove from molds and serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
