- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the fresh peaches and remove the pits. Arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Put a small piece of unsalted butter in the center of each peach half.
- In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a pinch of salt.
- Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over each peach half.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until tender and edges are golden.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
