- Begin by washing 2 pounds of Fuji apples under cool running water. Core and cut the apples into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skin on. Place the chopped apple pieces into a large mixing bowl.
- Next, take half a yellow onion and cut it into 3/4-inch cubes. Chop four green onions into 1.5-inch pieces. Add both the yellow and green onion pieces to the bowl with the chopped apples.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of Korean solar sea salt over the mixture. Use your hands to gently toss everything together.
- Incorporate 2.5 tablespoons of Korean chili powder, 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of grated ginger, and 1 teaspoon of green plum syrup into the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
