Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the Vanilla Oreos until fine crumbs are formed.
  3. Add softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and mix until fully combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1.5-tablespoon sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Melt the white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between.
  6. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to the melted chocolate.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess.
  8. Chill dipped truffles for about 10 minutes, then add sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.
  9. Allow the truffles to set at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
