- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- Melt caramel in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Pour over the cooled cookie base and let set for 10-15 minutes.
- Combine nougat ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until thick. Pour over the caramel layer and let cool.
- For ganache, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a bowl. Microwave in intervals until smooth. Fold in rice krispies. Pour over nougat layer and let set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
