Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the fries by cooking them according to your preferred method—bake, air fry, or deep fry—until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes at 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, and seasonings until smooth. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Spread the cooked waffle fries evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and half of the feta over the fries. Broil on low for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Drizzle the chilled sauce over the fries and top with remaining feta cheese. Serve immediately.
