Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Toast the Buns: Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat and toast the buns cut side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse shrimp, chop 15 shrimp into small pieces and leave 5 in larger chunks.
  4. Make the Patty Mixture: Combine chopped shrimp, salt, beaten egg, parsley, onion, starch, and half of the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Shape into patties.
