- Prepare the Tartar Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, diced pickles, Dijon mustard, and sugar until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
- Toast the Buns: Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat and toast the buns cut side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse shrimp, chop 15 shrimp into small pieces and leave 5 in larger chunks.
