- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well mixed. Allow the mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Lay out your tortillas flat on a clean surface. Into each tortilla, distribute cooked chicken, smoked ham, and Swiss cheese. Drizzle sauce over fillings and add lettuce if desired.
- Carefully roll each tortilla over the filling, starting from one edge and tucking it tightly. Secure by placing the seam side down.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place rolled wraps seam-side down, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip to achieve an even crunch.
- Once grilled to crispy perfection, slice each wrap in half for easy handling. Serve warm with a side of salad or homemade fries.
