Preparation Steps
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for 15 to 30 minutes, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pressed tofu cubes with cornstarch, soy sauce, avocado oil, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add tofu in batches, and fry each side for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then whisk in the hot sauce until smooth.
  5. Once the tofu is cooked, transfer it to the saucepan and toss in the buffalo sauce.
  6. In a large bowl, layer romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing, add buffalo tofu, and top with Parmesan.
