  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or mist with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir until mixed.
  4. Drop 2-inch circles of the mixture onto the basket, spaced at least 1/2 inch apart.
  5. Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil over each chip.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
  7. Transfer to a cooling rack and let sit for 2-3 minutes to become crispier.
