Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add your bacon and cook until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Drain excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Melt the unsalted butter over medium heat, add broccoli florets with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 6 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, and stock. Stir in half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and paprika. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Add cooked bacon back into skillet and mix well. Top with remaining cheese.
- Carefully transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly. Optionally, broil for 2 minutes for a crispy top.
- Remove from oven, let sit for a couple of minutes, season with cracked pepper and parsley, and serve warm.

Notes
Cook the bacon longer for extra crispiness. If using frozen broccoli, follow package instructions to avoid excess moisture. For richer taste, layer in more cheese. Prep ingredients in advance for quicker meal preparation.
