Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet, add chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix in the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
  4. Shred or cube your chicken breast and mix it with the sautéed vegetables.
  5. Combine cream cheese, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan in a bowl; mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture in the baking dish and pour the creamy mixture on top.
  7. Mix breadcrumbs with remaining Parmesan and olive oil, then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
