  2. Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine the cubed papaya, chopped cilantro, fresh orange juice, sugar, and water. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Strain the Mixture: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press down to extract liquid, discarding the pulp.
  4. Season to Taste: Add a pinch of fine salt to enhance sweetness and flavors. Stir gently and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Fill glasses with the chilled agua fresca and garnish with whole cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
