  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with granulated sugar and light brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate two eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with ground cinnamon and brown sugar to create the cinnamon swirl.
  6. Spread half of the blondie batter into the prepared pan and drop half of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top in dollops. Swirl them together gently.
