Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 6 tablespoons of Land O Lakes® Salted Butter over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Whisk in 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 cup of spiced apple cider, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture using a spatula. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
