Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by opening the can of jellied cranberry sauce. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the sauce into approximately ½-inch thick discs.
- Once the discs are cut, place the baking sheet in the freezer. Allow the cranberry slices to freeze for at least 30 minutes until they’re firm.
- While the cranberry discs are freezing, combine dark chocolate chips with a spoonful of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir well.
- Remove the frozen cranberry discs and dip each slice into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back.
- Place the chocolate-coated cranberry bites back onto the baking sheet and freeze for an additional 30 minutes to set.
