Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover it with foil to keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté shallots and garlic, then add wine or broth and simmer.
  5. Whisk flour and chicken broth in a bowl, then add the mixture along with crushed tomatoes to the skillet.
  6. Simmer the sauce until thickened, then return the chicken to the skillet to coat with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
