Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, baking powder, and sea salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry mixture and work it in with your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the crumbly mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish to form the base layer.
- Sprinkle the cranberries evenly over the oat mixture in the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix additional flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Blend in the remaining cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the cranberries.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
