Ingredients

For the Base
  • 2 cups flour Can be substituted with gluten-free flour to make the recipe gluten-free.
  • 1 cup brown sugar Light or dark brown sugar can be used based on preference.
  • 3 cups rolled oats Ensure oats are certified gluten-free if necessary.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder No substitutions recommended.
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Regular salt can be used as a substitute.
For the Crumble Topping
  • 1/2 cup butter Should be cold and cubed. For dairy-free options, a vegan butter or coconut oil can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Can be omitted for a less spiced flavor.
  • 1/2 cup additional flour Use the same type of flour as the base for consistency.
For the Filling
  • 2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen) Frozen cranberries work well but do not thaw before use.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix additional flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Blend in the remaining cold butter until crumbly.
