Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and cube the potatoes, then boil in a large pot until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained potatoes with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, and desired seasonings. Mix gently until well incorporated.
  3. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour in the potato mixture, spreading evenly.
  4. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the potato mixture. Optionally add a dash of paprika.
