- Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until softened and gooey for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add 8 cups of Captain Crunch cereal, stirring well for 1-2 minutes.
- Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and evenly spread the mixture into the dish.
- Pat down the mixture gently with wet fingers to create an even layer; let it set for 15-20 minutes.
