Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the mixed salad greens, then place in a large bowl.
  2. Rinse fresh blueberries under cool running water and dry with a paper towel.
  3. Chop shelled pistachios and sprinkle over the salad greens.
  4. Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle generously over the salad.
  5. Thinly slice red onion and add it to the salad mixture.
  6. Whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding reserved whole blueberries and pistachios for garnish.
