- Prepare the tzatziki by whisking Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and herbs in a bowl; chill for at least 20 minutes.
- Serve warm meatballs with a dollop of tzatziki, garnished with lemon wedges and cucumber slices.
