Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lay out your thawed puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet and position the brie in the center.
  3. Spread fig preserves over the scored surface of the brie and drizzle honey on top, then sprinkle with thyme leaves and black pepper.
  4. Wrap the prosciutto around the brie, then fold the corners of the puff pastry over the cheese.
  5. Beat the egg and apply an egg wash to the puff pastry. Lightly sprinkle coarse sugar on top.
