  • 1 sheet Puffed Pastry thawed
  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese centered in pastry
  • 1/4 cup Honey drizzled over the Brie
  • 1/2 cup Dried Figs chopped
  • 4 slices Prosciutto laid down next to the cheese
Egg Wash
  • 1 large Egg beaten for brushing
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt sprinkled on top

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puffed pastry sheets to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into a square large enough to wrap around the Brie.
  3. Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the puffed pastry, drizzle honey, sprinkle chopped figs, and add prosciutto.
  4. Gently fold the corners of the pastry over the Brie, overlapping and pinching seams to seal.
  5. Beat an egg and brush over the surface of the wrapped pastry. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Let the pastry rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
