- Wash, core, and slice apples into quarters. Blend them with cinnamon and sweetener until smooth.
- Transfer the apple puree to a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until thickened.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour and spread the apple puree evenly about 1/8 inch thick.
- Dehydrate in a dehydrator at 140°F (60°C) for about 12 hours, or until pliable and not sticky.
- Once cooled, cut the fruit leather into strips, roll in parchment paper, and store in airtight containers.
