Instructions
  1. Clean the Wings: In a large bowl, combine cold water, white vinegar, and lime juice. Soak the wings for 10-15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  3. Season the Wings: Combine lemon pepper seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper; toss cleaned wings in this mix.
  4. Coat with Cornstarch: Dip each seasoned wing in cornstarch to achieve extra crunch. Place on a wire rack.
  5. Arrange in the Air Fryer: Spray the basket with nonstick spray. Arrange wings in a single layer.
  6. Cook the Wings: Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 25 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes and spraying with cooking spray after 10 minutes.
  7. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in hot sauce, honey, lemon juice, and remaining seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Toss in Sauce and Serve: Toss cooked wings in the sauce, serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
